Had my first MVP experience with Rosa today, and I definitely will be visiting her again. There was a long list of people waiting for her, and I totally understand why. Not only is her style work good, but she also has a terrific chairside manner! What a shame that, in general, so few people submit positive reviews online--I guess it is human nature to be motivated to respond with a negative experience. My guess is that anyone who takes the time to review Rosa will be singing her praises!

I went in and was ridiculed for not wearing a mask. But by Charlotte mandate I suppose I must. Whatever! But then they made my four year old son wear one. The manager on duty is Kristine. She is quite nefarious! It is on her account I will not be using Sport Clips for haircuts any longer!

Hey Jaymes, thank you for letting us know about your visit with us. We do follow the changing mask guidelines and that means if the current rules say clients have to wear masks we will abide by those policies. We do not ridicule anyone for not wearing a mask, we only remind them to. And please be aware that someone reminding someone to follow a policy is not being "nefarious," we are only following safety rules. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Staff was more concerned about talking and eating . then actually maintaining customer service . Wasted and hr and still no haircut . Finally just left . Per the schedule board should have only been 28 min wait .
