I went the the Mathews Festival location for a haircut like I have done dozens of times and unfortunately got a really bad hair cut. I mean really bad. The lady who cut it may have been inexperienced, but she was very nice and courteous. I didn't want to make her feel bad if she was new in the business so didn't say anything to her. Since she was the only one at the store cutting hair at that time I paid and left then immediately went to the store located in McKee Farms. The Manager Christi greeted me and I explained to her what happened. She apologized and immediately brought me to her chair and assured me she would fix it and all would be fine. She redid the bad haircut and made it look great and within 10 minutes I was done and extremely happy. I offered to pay but she quickly told me there was not charge. I cant thank Christi enough for her compassion, expertise and outstanding customer service. I will be seeing her again soon for my next haircut!!

Called for price. All she said was they started at $20.00 . too expensive. Going to Great Clips !

My experience was absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend them. My stylist was Cat and I got an MVP. Have been there several times and was pleased with the haircut and service.
