I went in and was ridiculed for not wearing a mask. But by Charlotte mandate I suppose I must. Whatever! But then they made my four year old son wear one. The manager on duty is Kristine. She is quite nefarious! It is on her account I will not be using Sport Clips for haircuts any longer!

We do follow the changing mask guidelines and that means if the current rules say clients have to wear masks we will abide by those policies. We do not ridicule anyone for not wearing a mask, we only remind them to. And please be aware that someone reminding someone to follow a policy is not being "nefarious," we are only following safety rules. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Staff was more concerned about talking and eating . then actually maintaining customer service . Wasted and hr and still no haircut . Finally just left . Per the schedule board should have only been 28 min wait .

The worst service I have ever received. Wait time was up and staff disappeared for 15 minutes then comes back out vacuums wipe stuff down empties the trash another 15 to 20 minutes go by and still no service. After wasting an hour we finally left.
